Sheikhdoon Abdullahi Mohamud was arrested Tuesday in a public park in Richfield, Minn., several miles northwest of the Mall of America, after he paid $600 to an undercover FBI employee posing as a member of ISIS for the rifle and 200 rounds of ammunition, the agency said.

In an emergency hearing, a Tennessee judge ruled that the state must preserve evidence related to Christa Pike's failed execution. Pike's attorneys revealed that she has pneumonia and no function in her arms after the execution attempt left  her unconscious and on life support for six days.
